Venz Management Rights Specialists is the largest and longest established real estate agency specialising solely in the sale of management rights in Australia.

Venz Management Rights Specialists is a privately owned real estate agency that started in 1992 with two staff by the present principals Ross and Robin Venz. They are well known throughout the industry and operate the business from the head office located right in the heart of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.

On 1 February 2004, Venz opened its Brisbane office at 416 Logan Rd, Stones Corner. Its four Brisbane sales staff operate from this office.

Venz now has 20 staff with representatives on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Bargara/Hervey Bay, Cairns/Port Douglas and Townsville to cater for your individual management rights needs.

They also sell management rights throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Most of Venz staff are ex-managers (or current managers) and can offer excellent advice and after sales service to buyers as well as provide confidential free no obligation appraisals of your complex upon request.

It has been by choice that Venz Management Rights Specialists has remained a non-aligned independent agency and refused the invitations from a number of well-known organisations to become part of a franchise network.

Ross and Robin Venz are the principals and licencees of Venz Management Rights Specialists. Ross and Robin purchased management rights in 1987 on the Gold Coast and within a short time Ross also began his career selling management rights part time.

In 1992, Ross and Robin opened Venz Management Rights Specialists with a staff of two that has now grown to 20 with the head office on the Gold Coast and representatives on Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and North Queensland.
